These terms govern your access to docLumo (doclumo.com), a DocLumo reading workspace for reviewing files, preparing source-aware briefs, extracting facts, summarizing media and organizing document questions.
Acceptance of these terms
When you open or use the DocLumo workspace, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your files, prompts, uploaded URLs and account activity, as well as the instructions displayed in the interface.
What the service provides
docLumo may process documents, text, images, audio, video, links and prompts to produce reading notes, summaries, extracted facts, transcriptions, answers, comparisons or other AI-assisted review outputs.
The service is improved over time. We may modify, restrict, suspend or remove features when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, capacity management or product development.
Accounts, access and credits
Some features may require an account, an active session, tokens, credits or a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.
Credits, limits and paid options are displayed in the service when applicable. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, consumed credits and completed digital services are not automatically refundable.
User content and AI results
You remain responsible for the files, prompts, URLs and other content that you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, confidential without permission, infringing or that you are not allowed to process.
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You should review all results before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, academic or safety-related decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, disrupt infrastructure, extract data at scale without permission, upload malware, or use the service to create spam, fraud, abuse or unlawful content.
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that these terms are breached or that continued access creates legal, security or operational risk.
Privacy, cookies and data
Our cookies and personal data page explains what information may be collected and how cookies are used. It forms part of the information you should read before using the service.
For privacy questions or requests, please use contact.
Intellectual property
The service, interface, software, branding and documentation belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain rights you already have in your submitted content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process and display that content in order to provide and secure the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results or compatibility with every file or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or decisions made on the basis of AI output.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements or operational needs. The updated version applies when it is published on this page.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us through contact or return to docLumo.
